You should have it look like Studio 54 with candy like pills, alot of cocktails and tons of finger foods. Evryone should come dressed for the disco or late 70's. Maybe everyone can wear short grey wigs.

For food and/or decorations - one idea is Cambells soup! You can place them on tables, etc. or have a soup bar - pots of soup with different toppings (ex - tomato soup. put put toppings like cheese, goldfish crackers, sour cream, rice, mini grilled cheese sandwiches...)
You can also play around with photoshop to make pictures look Warhol-esque and hang them around your place. If you are sending out invitations, think neon, pop art kind of stuff.
