What is a good red wine ? and what type ?!

Question:

What is a good red wine ? and what type ?

Can someone explain to me de diferences between Pinoir, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cava etc...

Answers:
Mostly whether or not they're sweet or dry.
If you like sweet ones, my favorite one is a good Port.
Cabernet is very dry, and a lot less sweet, etc.
The best way is simply to go to Google and type in your question and you'll get all the info you can possilby need.

Those are all different species, or varieities, of grapes. They each have their own special qualities that they lend to wines made from them.

Some wines are a blend of grapes, say Cab-Merlot.... it's not all Cabernet, not all Merlot, but some of both.

Hello George Bitar here,

Try Greg Norman shiraz.

Thanks,

George Bitar

Reindeer Valley Cabernet is very good or Blackstone Merlot

Try Mirrisou's Pinot Noir. It's spicy, but smooth and a litte bit sweet, but not too much. Plus for a little over 10 bucks, a real hit.
