Question:

What is the main course for your Christmas dinner going to be?

Answers:
Turkey slow smoked on my barbecue smoker. Mmmm

pizza

turkey

I'm gonna have something vegetarian.

Ham, mash potatoes, squash, cranberry sauce, stuffing I love stuffing and then whatever.

Primerib Roast with Yorkshire Pudding (popovers made in the meat juices for those of you who don't know).

Honey ham, tatters, sweet and regular, chicken, green bean caserole, pull pork, and mmmmm cheese cake

We are going to have the traditional turkey and for New Years we will have the traditional gumbo made from the carcass of the turkey. Oh yea, as you might have guessed, I am from Louisiana.

king crab legs!

We are having lasagena (sp) on Xmas eve and ham on Xmas day, but on christmas day we will also have turkey for the jewish people in my family!!

We're having a big ham. And it's not a sweet glaze, it's a beer glaze with a little brown sugar and hot mustard.

And it's a bone-in ham, so not only will we have leftovers, but the bones will go into ham stock to make soup. The two of us (and the dog) will eat it ALL.

turkey or dressing

beef brisket, slow cooked on low heat - mmm mmm mmm

Southern deep fried turkey with all the trimmings (dressing, creamed potatoes, gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, deviled eggs, fruit salad etc). Guess this is pretty traditional--at least at my house it is..
