Buying holiday treats....?!

Question:

Buying holiday treats....?

Would you buy cookies, bars, dog/cat treats from an individual? Do you think $1.50 is a fair price to pay for a dozen treats? Would you pay $5 for a stollen? If not, what do you think is a fair price?

Answers:
You better grab them while you can and tell me who you buy them from. I wish I could pay those cheap prices! Only five dollars for a stollen? Wow!

I would definitely buy brownies or cookies from an individual that I knew or was from a reputable company. Animal treats are better left being sold from stores, as animals can have many allergies or reactions to wheat/ chocolate ingredients. I don't know what a stollen is. For a dozen I would pay 2-3 dollars.

it depends on the cookies. Some good bakeries sell their gourmet cookies by the pound and they are about $9.00 because of the cost of the butter and milk and chocolate and other high end ingredients.
