Answers:
2 1/4 cup Reduced fat Bisquick
3/4 cup skim milk
3 Tbsp Splenda
1/2 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 7-9 minutes at 400 degrees.
That sounds like a bad idea
I bet if you went to splenda.com you could find that recipe. I have gotten a lot of good recipes from there.
