S$25/pax during the festive season? Quite difficult, try some local restaurants eg. Dragon Pheonix Restaurant, Jack's Place, The Ship (Shaw Centre, Scotts Rd), Long Beach Seafood, No Signboard Restaurant....

Well, what kinda food u talking about? Western, Chinese, Indian, Japanese?? For International buffet @ Hotel Furama, Chinatown, it's S$25.00/pax +++, or Sakura Buffet @ Tampines Safra... around the same range too.... But it all depends on you!
