would like a proper cuisine such as roast beef and turkey to be delivered for christmas eve

Some large markets sell complete dinners for the holiday. Turkey, dressing, veg. rolls, salad. desert. They might even deliver it. Start phoning.
try your local grocery store. they may have a pre-cooked frozen dinner package that you can heat up in your oven. Or, you may have to go with a private catering company who works on that day.
You're taking all the tradition out of it, go to your large local grocer and order it.
