Teens love a lot of finger foods and appetizers!. You can easily buy boxes of bulk from Sam's Club, Cosco, BJ's, etc!. Mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken nuggets, egg rolls, chips & dips, wings, etc!. Anything that is frozen and you can pop in the oven is easy and a huge hit with teens!. Include a variety of dipping sauces and drinks!. Your decorations sound cool! Have a wonderful New Year's party:-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
have some mock champagne for midnight!. and some horns to blow, dress up as father time and have some hors de vors for people to eat!. If its teens have pizza and M&M's and coke!. Dance to some slow goodies from the 70's or if you can find modern good songs do those!.,and blow the horns at midnight in honor of the new year!.
Decorate with Paper snow flakes and paper streamers hanging from the ceiling and maybe the disco theme like you were thinking of!. good luck!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

food:
pizza(cut into smaller peices)
hamburgers, cut them into fours
sandwiches too(make portions smaller, cos then everyone can snack on a little of everything, but when their eyes are bigger than their mouths you wont run out of food)
cookies
cheese and fruit and veggie platter
french bread with olive oil and dried italian seasoning, add a little salt and pepper(everyone loves this at restaurants!., y not serve it at home, super cheap and yummy)

well i think that ur disco ball, strobe light, and glow sticki dea is cool!. ur theme should be '' were all shining stars"!. u should buy silver and gold star ballons and use themas a centerpeice in each table!. thenu should buy gold and slver streamers to give it a kick!. the food should be traditional such as pizza, hot dogs, soda, punch, chips!. and IF u have enough throw in a dj!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Really, teens just want to be treated like adults, so you could do like a picky table with cocktail sausages etc!. But not too childish though!. Maybe breadsticks with different dips, bread with different toppings etc!. Hope I helped!.
