Question: How many guests would fit comfortably in a 400-425 sq ft area for a Party!?

I am having a small halloween party!. My kitchen, dining, and kitchen area are about 400-425 sq ft!. Is 10 guests to many or to little!? Do I invite more people!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
