like clean my garage out!. and like buy huggeeeee and i mean hugee to cover up walls of black material, and spray paint some fluro stuff on them!.!. get like my sisters subs and put music loud as!.!.!.!.
and get like flashing lights!.!.!.

like wow, your father will be pleased, someone wants to clean the garage!. The material good idea, you don't need expensive material!. I wouldn't go overboard with the spray paint!. See if you can get your hands on a mirror ball and a couple of strobes for effect!.
The subs fine with that, you will need to go to the drug store and buy a dozen bottles of aspirin for the neighbors on each side, behind and in front, I know how loud you kids can get!.
Night club, ask mom and dad to help you there with some other club looking props!.
One final tip, I know how word spreads when the word party comes up!. I would get your mom or dad to pop into the local police station as a courtesy a few days before and let them know, so that way they can put your home on their patrol, in the event some idiots what to crash your birthday!.

If you cover the windows and make sure no lights get in, you can get away with using a thinner and cheaper material!. This will save you a little, it will also let the light you use reflect a lot better off of the fluro paint!.

I think this is an amazing birthday idea, it is very original!!! You could by them disco balls that rotate and put lights on the wall!.
Altogether it sounds like quite an expensive party!. The material wouldn't be to expensive but the flashing lights, foods etc!. might!.

It sounds great!. Fairy lights are inexpensive!. You could buy it cheaply if you go to a craft store!. Have disco lights, fairy lights!. I am not sure how you get flashing lights though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
