well im having a new years eve party, and we want it to be themed, we were looking for an insane idea, and most likely slutty since most of the girls coming are hoes! hahah well, any ideas?!?!

Rachel Ray and Oprah did a retro themed party that gave me lots of ideas, even though there's was pretty lame. The idea of it can still work for you, too. Do a '70s party and the girls can wear tube tops and hip hugger elephant bell bottoms and lots of really shiny lip gloss and big hoop earrings. Oh, yeah, and platform shoes.

Do you remember "the far side"? There was a great cartoon captioned "Callous sophisticates laugh at Judy's tiny head". The picture was of a bunch of fat fur-wearing ladies laughing at a lady with a tiny head.
I threw a callous sophisticates party once. Everyone was supposed to look really sophisticated, but also kind of trashy. We held name-dropping contests, a costume contest, a best accessory contest (the winner, I remember, brought an actual jar of BORROWED grey poupon). It was a blast becuase people got to get dressed up, but also make fun of themselves and each other.
What about the girls dressing up as either lindsay lohan, or paris hilton?
20's or 30's themes are always fun. You can even do it burlesque style. Or maybe a black and white or red hot party. Ooh underwear party!

Since I don't know any of the people there to worry about ticking anybody off, and you say you're looking for something slutty... set up an Official Mistletoe Doorway and hand out prizes to the guy and gal who can kiss the most people under the mistletoe by midnight. It'll require making up a "dance card" of some kind, and when Tyler kisses Bree they sign each other's card so they get credit.
Then, after midnight, if you REALLY want to liven things up... have a fingerpainting contest. But not on paper -- on stomachs. Get some washable paint of some kind and pair people off at random (again, I can suggest this because I'm not going to have to listen to Erin complain at me that Rob spent the WHOLE party painting Becky's bellybutton...). First, have the guys paint the girls' stomachs, give them 15 minutes or so, and then blow a whistle and have judging. (If you've got a large group, just give the prize to the one who gets the loudest applause.) Then turn it around and have the girls paint the guys.
The prizes can be appropriately sexy... if you haven't got an adult toy shop in your neighborhood, shop on line and see if you can get some gifts before the party. Massage oils, an inexpensive vibrator, stuff like that -- lots of fun and everybody will be even MORE sexually aroused than normal at a New Year's Eve party.

Serve coconut encrusted shrimp appetizers, mangoes, star fruit, passion fruit, bananas, coconut, rum drinks, margaritas, and pina coladas.
Guys and girls wear shorts, swim suits, tanks, lion cloths, scarves.
Play wrestling games, physical challenges IE. twister, limbo, catching water balloons (wet shirts), mental challenges like rub a blindfolded guest with a piece of fruit they have to guess what it is, use your imagination.
Neat thing is you can use the decorations (starfish, puffer fish, sea shells, coconuts, grass skirts, paper umbrellas etc. as party favors.

just suppose you wanted to set the tone for next year - like set a president for the coming year - wouldnt you want to have something a little bit more successful than "a slutty party"
I think you shoulds have a "dress like a millionaires" party or "the occupation I will have one day" party (doctors lawyers etc)
