have a black and white themed party..have EVERYONE dress up in black and/or white and you dress up in a specific color like hot pink
get personalized m&ms..can be done on the website.. sprinkle them out around the table or put them in bags and give them out at the end
have a candle lighting ceremony
have a video montogaue (slideshow) of friends/family as you have grown up
go to an amusement park. thats my best guess. if not have a huge party @ your house and have tons of food, friends, movie, music and games, that ALWAYS works. try to make a theme with the party too.

I say have a theme party. maybe a black and white party or a masquerade. Everyone can wear those little eye masks, and you could have the best outfit something like Hilary Duff in " Cinderella Story". Or it could be a "turn back in time" party, where you dress in clothes from a certain time period. Or you could go all sophisticated and have everyone dress in white ,top to bottom like Diddy's parties. Have the food fit in with theme. Have a grand entrance with smoke coming from under you. Whatever you do make sure you have fun with your friends.
Spend several hundred thousand dollars on an extravagant two-hour long party where you get two cars from you parents, the police come, and have something go wrong so that MTV can tape you having a nervous breakdown bitching about how your designer dress isn't just perfect.
Or just call you friends and rent some low-key place and have a small party with your closest friends.
i would say to throw a party rather for you or someone else. check to see what kinds of things that the person likes. ie.. resturaunts, amusement parks, characters, games, etc....
If that doesnt work invite a couple of friends ( if you dont want a big gathering) and go to a nice resturaunt. I would perfer kinzie chophouse or dave and busters (for chicagoland).
