Christmas appetizers?
what are some good appetizers that I should serve for a christmas get together? I'm thinking sweet n sour meatballs because when I was at work, I saw a customer who bought a lot of bags of frozen meatballs.

cheese fondue would be best. but if not, easy things would be mozzarella sticks, hummus, finger sandwiches (easy fillings are pesto, cheese, tuna, oh and my favorite, roasted veggies with a little vinaigrette) crudities (that is veggie sticks with dip) mini flans or bread pudding
Maybe hot chocolate and cookies if it is cold outside. And don't forget marshmallows!
You can do frozen meatballs in the crockpot with 1 cup grape jelly and 2 bottles Heinz chili sauce. If you need them sooner, thaw in microwave and put in oven to let flavors blend.
Sausage balls are also good. You can also buy them frozen and heat in the oven. I did that yesterday because I didn't have time to make them. They were good.
You could get some cookies and warm milk.

I am not a fan of frozen meatballs. Meatballs are a lot of work, but well worth the effort. We have a favorite at our house. They are called Polish mistakes. They are very quick and easy. All you need is a roll of pork sausage...we prefer Jimmy Dean, a chunk of Velveeta cheese..and it MUST be Velveeta, and some cocktail rye squares. You simply cook the sausage and drain it. Then you add about a half a package of Velveeta cheese and cook it over medium heat until its melted. You spoon the mixture onto the rye squares and bake them until slightly brown in a 350 degree oven. They are fabulous and my guest always ask me for the recipe. Happy Holidays!

Go to Trader Joe's, they have a ton of pre-made appetizers that are great. Also, I love crab dip and a cheese ball with crackers at Christmas. One suggestion, no cookies! Yuck, I cringe when I see the common Christmas treats like cookies and fudge. Stick with Trader Joe's, they have everything!
How about turkey and ham finger samdwiches.Everybody loves them and there simple to make.And also they sell those at stores already fixed for about seven bucks.But its Christmas time so it would be nice if you spendt time fixing it.Believe me they will absolutely love it!
take bacon and waterchestnuts. 1/3 slice bacon per water chestnut. soak in soy sauce for 2 or 3 hrs i frig. wrap bacon around waterchestnut stick with tooth pick and broil in over on both sides tell a little crispy
spread garden vegetable cream cheese over cresent roll squares (press two together at seams to make a triangle)...sprinkle with green onion tops and roll....cut each roll into six pieces....bake at 350 til golden brown......for other great recipes i went to pilsbury ....i had also tried the pizza pinwheels and shrimp and crab appetizers........all three were a big success!!
