I want to make something exciting for dinner?!
i have a problem!. I want it to be healthy too! if you are up for the challenge, please answer XD ! oh yeah, don't really like pasta :p and I would like to try something vegetarian (not vegan) once a week!. I am too lazy to right down everything in my fridge, so any recipes would be awesome!!

I love this recipe!. Sicilian Tuna & Brown Rice
Make 1!.5 cups of instant brown rice according to package!.
In another bowl, add tuna (or don't) with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp or more of mustard (dijon is good), and 1 tbsp of olive oil!. I usually make double the sauce for more flavor!.
Then, add to tuna mix pretty much anything you have in your frig!. I enjoy Craisins, green olives or pimentos, pine nuts, black beans, roasted red pepper, feta, spinach, apple pieces, etc!.
Stir tuna mix with rice, make sure it's at room temp or colder or it might taste different!.
I don't add all of this but I have mixed it with the rice and tuna and it's all good!. You can place it on baby spinach and make it more of a salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
