Make a cheese ball.. they're easy... you only need 4 Ingredients. Cream Cheese, Seasoning Salt, Worcheshire Sauce, and dried beef....oh I guess 5 ya might want some diced onion in it. Anyways if ya make this... you soften the cream cheese, cut up the beef in small squares and then strips because the strips you use to wrap it in. ( cover the ball w/ the strips ). OK so take the cut up beef, cream cheese, 1/4tsp salt, 1/4 w sauce, combine and form into a ball. You can add more salt and w-sauce to your liking. good luck

I had this appetizer over the holidays. It was so satisfying, filling, tasty and so easy to serve. It was a plate of smoked salmon, a bowl of this dill, horshradish type of white spread, pumperknickel bread in these small slices, rosemary crackers and lemon wedges. I spread the dill spread on either the cracker or bread piece, put some salmon on it and then squeeze some lemon juice on it. I kept eating it! It was so good!

Of course it would depend on your (and your guests') individual tastes. Two places I would suggest looking are www.recipezaar.com and www.splendidtable.org.. Recipezaar has so many thousands of recipes it can be a little overwhelming. I would suggest filtering your search according to type (appetizers, soups, main dish, desert, etc.) and then by rating. That way you can see how other people liked a certain recipe. You may not get to search through as many recipes on The Splendid Table's website, but they send out weekly e-mail recipes that are often focused on a particular season, holiday, or time of year.

make mini pizzas with just tomatio sause and cheese. everyone will lov u then(not that they don't alrealdy!!)

We like those little mini quiches that come in the frozen section of the supermarket - yum! Also of course, cheese, summer sausage and crackers, and raw veggies and dip, and shrimp and dip, and fruit and chocolate dip, or mini cheesecakes from the store, or......None of which are very unusual, I guess, but they are easy and good. Happy New Year!
