Answers:
A fruit tray or veggies and dip

bacon wrapped water chestnuts and bacon wrapped scallops

I had not had these in year but somebody made them for a Christmas party I went to and they were a huge success

skewered grilled shrimp

GO TO www.allrecipes.com --click on appetizers and look for the highest rated recipe...i haven't gone wrong yet with this!

Buffalo Wings always works !

Get some big jalapeno peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and the part inside that has the veins (unless you want them real hot then leave the veins). Then, fill each half with cream cheese. Wrap each one with half a strip of bacon. Put on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes (or until the bacon is done on the bottom). These are great and if you have removed the veins, you just get the jalapeno flavor without them being too hot to eat...people can eat them that don't normally eat hot stuff.

I just made this for my office potluck a couple of weeks ago and it was a big hit! It was nice, since everything did end up sitting out for a few hours, that it could be kept warm in the crockpot.

some brushetta. it's like a bread and you serve it with tomato toppings. it tastes really GOOD. you can buy the stuff anywhere. the brushetta is in a big bag most of the time, so look for it. the tomato topping (MADE ESPECIALLY FOR BRUSHETTA) can be bought anywhere. make sure you eat all of them (topping first) otherwise they will go bad. the topping would last longer than two weeks, so hurry!

my husband's aunt makes these things she calls "hobos". they're really good and easy to make.

you need:
mini breads (like from the deli at the supermarket)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground spicy sausage
bell pepper
onion
velveeta (1 small package should do)

mince the pepper and onion. cook it together with the sausage and ground beef in a skillet. melt the velveeta into the mixture. spoon the mixture onto mini bread slices and bake them for 10-15 min. at 350 F. delicious.

My cousin makes these awesome mini meatballs!! When they are starting to cook, drain the grease, add a jar of grape jelly and a jar of chili sauce.... ohmygosh. simmer til they are done, serve with frilly toothpicks. yummmmmmmmmmmmm

Depends on what kind time you have .i usually bring a cheeseball or salami rolls. but everyone loves when I make this bagel dip. I usually use onion bagels with the dip.
