Answers:
paintball owns do that

You first need to grow up before anything.

go to a saloon and get made up for the big night out. Or just drive around and sight see (might as well get your money's worth).

i think a limo could take you to an arcade if u are into games. Perhaps you go to an ice cream parlour. Tell the ice cream people to set up something- like creating a sundae, eating ice cream contest, testing and tasting. Not much to do, but try go somewhere where u can make use of the limo.
Limos are normally used for proms, dances, weddings, and premieres. For a sweet 16, u should take your friend on small cruise ship- party on the boat. Or rent a party hall and set up a nice thing there.
What more can i say. Be inventive and have fun. After all you are turing 16!!! have fun with your friends

go to the beach

Well if you are getting tatoos, then it will be a fun/crazy party. Find a place for an "after party". Like a house party. You could do couples' contests.

Have a small get together at your house before the limo come
to just chill with your friends.Play games or just talk to catch up.And then go to the resturant.

what about mini golf? or bowling? those are fun...i hope ur parents have the $$ for all of these things ur asking for!!

Perhaps you could take typing lessons?

try going to a club
