Ideas for a christening?!

Question:

Ideas for a christening?

i am chistening my two children in a few weeks time. Everything is set but the reception. there will mostly be elderly people i was thinking sandwhichs, cakes, ect does any have good ideas for nibblies to serve?

Answers:
With older people dont make things too "fiddley" they tend to be basic eaters. They wont touch anything they don't know what it is. Sandwiches and easy to pick up stuff will suffice. Don't forget "goodie bags" of some description as they all love them. Even if its just some sugared almonds and a piece of christening cake ............ makes em feel special .......... believe me .....

You can never go wrong with Cocktail weenies, stuffed mushrooms, mini pizzas:)

why dont you go down to your closest delicatessen and get some sausage rolls, samoosas, and pastry's, baklava, kataifi,
mini cheese pies those kinds of things that's what i did for my daughters christening and was complimented on the snacks

Bathe in LUKE warm water surround yourself with candles and fragrant rose petals. It is best done alone. Ask god for forgiveness and cleanse your SOUL!!!
