How to party?
Well i have so little money with me. I wish to party this New Year. How can i party at home??
Answers:
One year me and my husband threw a wonderful party with next to no money!!! Just tell everyone to bring something!! You can always say it politely like " Hea would you mind bringing chips or how about a couple of 2 liters" People do not mind and would rather buy a couple of things instead of paying for the whole party themselves. Guest bring some food and drinks you supply music and a fun atmosphere!!! We ended up with tons of food and drinks and some of the best memories ever!!
all you need is music and people - just ask everyone to bring a bottle of whatever they drink

Good friends, some alcoholic drinks and good music.
watch it on tv and have friends over. have cheap snacks like chips , dip, pretzels, cookies..etc. friends can bring snacks / drinks
House party definitely, you'll be swamped with people who can all bring drink.
If you have children then make it a family new years!
Let them take naps about 6 p.m. and get up by ten then they can stay up for the celebration and make a cake with ice cream like its the new years birthday!
If no children......keep your ears out for a date. They usually pick up the tab.

i am pushing verdi spumante -- its a malt and not a wine and you get a lot less hangover. a bottle is about 4 bucks. its still in the wine section.
