The Music is the easy part, Hair Metal, anything by Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Ratt, Whitelion, Cinderella, Winger, etc!. Eats and drinks I'd keep simple Beer, wine coolers and mixed drinks with Jack Daniels or tequila poppers!. Chips and dips, finger foods, like you'd find back stage at a concert!. for decorations you could do Backstage at a concert, put up band posters, black lights, strobe lights, and a fog machine!. have the invitations be backstage passes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For decorations Maybe you could hang cd's all around the room!. And use black, pink, white and blue colors!.!. very vivid colors, like napkins, cups, plates etc!.
Maybe several people can wear long hair wigs, mullets or some other type wigs!.
Have some cool posters of bands hanging up!. Of course have some cool hair metal music playing!.!. like Europe, Slayer, Skid Row!.!.!. all the regulars!.
Margaritas and beer are always good!.!.!. here is a website that has millions of drink recipes and drinking games!.
