Adults only!? I'd do not real meals but just constast platters of appetizers like mini cheeseburgers, slices of pizza and etc
OH dont forget to buy some vodka HahaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Do just appetizer type foods served as a buffet!.
Serve 2 finger food meats such as
Meatballs in a sauce and chicken wings!.
Then 3 veggie/fruit type foods for example
1 veggie tray with dip
1 salad with lots of chunks of something in it!.
1 fruit salad or a fruit platter!.
Serve one warm dip like fresh homemode bean dip or an artichoke pepper dip!. Provide a big bowl with bread of some kind!.

The way you present the food will make a huge impression, budget or not!. Decorate in between platters with ballons or greens or stuff from the theme of your party!.

I've done a few snacks over the years that have been inexpensive and great guest pleasures!. Here are a few of my favorites!.

1!. Mini cheeseburgers!. I use 3 pounds of ground turkey seasoned however you like (I use seaoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce) and then portion into small patties about 1" burgers!. I use mini potato rolls as the buns!. Serve with bite size condiments like lettuce, tomato, and onions and you're sure to please!.

2!. You can never go wrong w/ meatballs & marinara sauce!. I do pre-made meatballs!. I use Del Monte 3 Cheese spaghetti sauce and a few tbsps of sugar to sweeten it up!.

3!. Pigs in a blanket are fun as well!. I use Johnsonville Lil' Smokies (I like the Cheddar or Jalapeno ones best) I pre cook them for about 5 mins in boiling water!. Drain and cool to touch!. Wrap them w/ slices of cresent rolls and bake as the cresent rolls pkg directs!.

4!. Baby new potatoes w/ cream cheese and bacon!. I take baby new potatoes and bake or boil them until fork tender!. I cut the potatoes in half and then cut the tip off so they can stay stable!. I use a melon baller to cut out a circle in each potato half!. I fill them with a cream cheese mixture!. Cream Cheese Mixture: 2 8oz pkg of softened cream cheese, 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder, one tsp of onion powder, and 1 pkg of pre cooked bacon heated as directed then cut into bite sized pieces!. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until well mixed!. Pour contents into a ziplock bag (make sure to leave enough space to clip the end off!. Once the bag is filled, pipe the mixture into each potato!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
