Stone crabs as the appetizer (bought them cooked and cracked at a local seafood market), shrimp creole with white rice as the main entree, and chocolate fondue with marshmallows, strawberries, and bananas for dessert.

pork chops ,sweet potatoes,..Is Publix open,I may need to shop..

Try the fried rice, Thai rice, turkey or try the corn soup.

Delicious Crab Fondue

White Wine any brand
1lb of Swiss Cheese Shredded
1 package of either fake crab or real blue crab
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 package of cream cheese

(adjust recipe according to amount of guests just double if more than 6 people)
Bring white wine to boil
Drop in cream cheese until melted and creamy
After cream cheese and wine are blended together add the swiss cheese and stir
Stir in crab and garlic and add salt and pepper to taste if you prefer.

You can make this in a regular pot and serve immeadiately with chunks of french bread.

Ham steaks, cabbage, black-eye peas, cornbread & mozzarella sticks with ice tea to drink.

we always have corned beef and cabbage with carrots and potatoes. the same as we do on st. patricks day

WE usually BBQ ribs and make black eyed peas, white rice, potato salad, and i made a chocolate cake. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU TOO

scalloped potatoes
corn pudding
string beans sauteed with garlic
sparkling cider
chocolate souffle
