Question:

How long do i cook a 3.71 lb. pork loin?

Answers:
350 for 1 hour......uncovered.....i just add salt pepper and a couple of bay leaves and cook fat side up

Its done when the temp. is 180 for well done

20 minutes at least, depends on how u wanna cook it

I would say about an hour and a half. . . .Check it after the first hour. It needs to reach 180. With pork you are better off using a lower temperature and cooking slowly, so allow some time, and you'll end up with nice tender meat.

Because hogs are about 50 percent leaner than they were 25 years ago, today's pork cooks faster and can dry out when overcooked. Years ago when pork had more fat than it does today, the meat could be overcooked and still be fairly tender and flavorful.

Cook fresh pork to 160 °F (medium) or to 170 °F (well done). Fresh pork cooked to medium doneness as measured with a food thermometer may still be pale pink inside but will be safe. Heating to 160 °F kills foodborne bacteria ― such as Salmonella ― as well as parasites that cause trichinosis and
toxoplasmosis.

At 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes per pound. Meat thermometer reading should be 170 degrees when done.

microwave 3 1/2 mins on full power
i wouldn't eat it though, pickled eggs for me!!!!!!

I always preheat to 375 and cook covered for first 20 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and cook for approx 20 minutes per pound, leaving it covered, be sure to place meat in roasting pan fat/skin side up,then uncover roast for final 15-20 minutes total time should be approx 1hr 45min this includes prep and preheat time. good luck and enjoy
