What about doing a luau type theme!? I know its been overdone, but its so easy and always a hit!. There are tons of recipes out there geared for that and sauces and such at the store and for activities you can make it simple and do limbo contests, dancing!. Since its getting close to Christmas, it would be fun to pick up sand dollars from the craft store and let the kids decorate them (get some glitter, beads, raffia, paint, etc!.) and make their own tropical ornaments!. Just tie a ribbon through the sand dollar and wallah! You could even have a small tree outside at the BBQ that they could decorate with them (a palm tree!.!.even a fake one! would be great too)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
