Answers:
No!. I think it's common to serve shrimp w/cocktail sauce as a hors' devour for a party!. Just make sure to have them on ice while serving!. A great idea is to either use a chip/dip bowl with ice on bottom and filled with prawns on top!. Cocktail sauce in the middle!. Or if you are trying to be fancy hang the shrimp off the side of margarita glasses and put the cocktail sauce in the glass!. Another idea is if you have a fluted round baking pan, to fill it with water half way and put it in freezer!. Then when you want to serve your prawns put them on top of the frozen ice, with a table cloth or towel of course underneath to prevent condensation from ruining a wood table or such!.

This all goes great with wine but can be used with any specialty drink you have for a party!.

GOOD LUCK and enjoy your party!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the mix is fine, making sure two things really, they are kept cool or eatten straight away so they dont go warm, if its a mayo based sauce again keep them cool and dont worry about them, make sure they're fresh and that your friendsa arn't allergic!.

Fish, Shell and Meat are all the same at the end of the day, anything dodgy and you will throw up, so enjoy your night!
