Answers:
Having thrown and attended several baby showers in my lifetime, please, please, _please_ do not shape the cheese ball into a baby!. If you'd like to mold it into a shape other than a ball, rattles, booties, or baby bottles are appropriate (you can probably find a good template online!.!.!. maybe the Martha Stewart website!? and just mold it to match as best you can)!. Somehow, eating a baby feels wrong!.

As for the recipe, http://www!.recipezaar!.com/Ranch-Chicken-!.!.!. looks really good and has high ratings!. I like cheese balls with nuts because they taste more substantial than their nut-less counterparts!.

Garlic Cheese Ball!. R=This is my aunt's recipe, and it is Delish!
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, Dijon-style mustard, garlic and ranch dressing mix!. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours, or overnight

As for the mold, you can mold it!. I think like a rattle or a bootie, something like that would be cute!. You can probably find a mold at a cooking store or a craft store!.
Good Luck Www@FoodAQ@Com

Allrecipes has some cheese ball recipes if you want more, but here's one:
