Mini cheesecakes are great! Cupcakes are a big hit now-a-days, and mini cheesecakes are not too far behind. They're easier to make than cupcakes and cheesecakes. There's a few that actually sell them now. Here's one of my favorites: http://www.chunkomunko.com.

GOOD LUCKK =]

they sell baby carrots in a bag at the grocery store...make a veggie tray. Brocoli , carrots, cauliflower, serve with hidden valley ranch....mozzarella cheese sticks and some marinara sauce.....mini pizzas....chicken wings....hamburgers and hotdogs....or just order a few pizzas from your favorite place.....by the time you prepare everything, and the time, you'll still come out ahead, and most every kid loves pizza......

Ask her what she would like to have at her party and go from there..pick and choose what works best for you to make or order depending on what she wants to have

Try making BBQ Sausage and Peppers
2 pounds spicy Italian sausage, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, cut into large chunks
1/4 pound jalapeno peppers, cut into large pieces
1 large red onion, cut into chunks
1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
1/2 pound sliced provolone cheese
DIRECTIONS
Place sausage, red bell pepper, jalapeno peppers, and red onion in a large bowl. Pour in beer. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Alternately thread sausage, red pepper, jalapenos, and onion onto skewers. Cook on the prepared grill until sausage is evenly brown and vegetables are tender. Melt provolone cheese over the hot ingredients during the last few minutes of cooking

Also try making Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks? Red Hot?
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers
DIRECTIONS
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.
