im having a morning meeting and I need to bring a dish , I need something simple and affordable !. Again I want to stress easy and Affordable I dont want anything that needs huge amounts of ingridients thanks Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
1 pound spicy pork sausage
4 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 (4!.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish

Spread croutons on bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking dish!. Crumble sausage into medium skillet!. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally!. Drain off any drippings!. Spread sausage over croutons!.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well blended!. Stir in soup, spinach, mushrooms, cheeses and mustard!. Pour egg mixture over sausage and croutons!. Refrigerate overnight!.
The next morning, preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)!.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top!. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve hot!.

French Toast Casserole

5 cups bread cubes
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup white sugar, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Lightly butter an 8x8 inch baking pan!.
Line bottom of pan with bread cubes!. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and vanilla!. pour egg mixture over bread!. Dot with margarine; let stand for 10 minutes!.
Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the top!. Bake in preheated oven about 45 to 50 minutes, until top is golden

My banana bread recipe is below:
BANANA BREAD


2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 CUP MASHED BANANAS (APPROX 2 ? MED)
? CUP SHORTENING
1 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
PLACE 1 TABLESPOON VINEGAR IN MEASURING CUP AND ADD ENOUGH MILK TO MAKE ? CUP

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER

GREASE WITH SHORTENING, THEN FLOUR 1 LOAF PAN

POUR INGREDIENTS INTO LOAF PAN!.
DROP PAN ON COUNTER SEVERAL TIMES TO RELEASE AIR BUBBLES
BAKE @ 325 DEGREES
APPROX 1 HOUR, UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN

COOL 10 MINUTES IN PAN
REMOVE FROM PAN AND CONTINUE COOLING ON RACK

**CAN ADD NUTS IF DESIRED

Banana Bread

2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 bananas
Place in 9x9 greased pan!.

Bake 325 for 25 min!.

A Strata!.!.!.!.basically bread, eggs, bacon and seasoning!. Fill whatever baking dish you are using (dont know how big cause dont' know for how many) with two layers of sliced bread!. Beat up 6 - 12 eggs (depending on dish size again)!. Stir in crumbled cooked bacon!. Let sit overnight then bake at 350 til firm in middle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Panera has delicious bagels that come in a box and you can mix them and they also have different types of cream cheese spreads-that's what I used to do for meetings and bring some coffee and juice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy some bannana nut muffin mix from the local store and bake some and bring with it some orange juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
