Have you ever heard of a money cake?!

Question:

Have you ever heard of a money cake?

Answers:
A money cake is very easy to make. Its usually something fun for kids birthday parties, all you do is either bake a cake or buy a store made one and insert the coins into the cake. The idea is that as the kids eat their pieces they find the coins.... kinda like a little treasure hunt. My advice is use bigger coins, not dimes or nickels and wash them really REALLY well before you insert them into the cake. Best to use a grid pattern when you are putting them in so that every piece has a hidden coin!. Best of luck have fun and make sure you are there to supervise, oh and this is only good with bigger kids that aren't too small to choke. :))
