Answers:
for 21st birthday? scarface theme thats phat!!! tobacco's, 70's nice dresses n guys with the gangster suits, dominoes, fake bricks, or pimps and ho's theme.

Have a 1933 prohibition repealed party! Everybody drinks a lot to celebrate! And because it's still the Great Depression, and everybody is so poor, everyone has to bring a bottle for you!

Do something like the disco era sort of thing

the sixties. personally i would want a beach party theme. living in the North and this weather sux. sunny but cold. i need to feel like it is summer right now.

1980's party!

designated drivers or a party bus

The "don't get killed while drunk driving on the first night I can legally drink," theme. Party on though. I didn't even get carded on my 21st birthday.

well i think decorating where ever the party is gonna be held to look like a speak easy from the 20's would be cool. o maybe Hawaiian themed with lots o tropical drinks since your now old enough to order them with alcohol in them. i like your 60's idea though. then again i also like your fancy hat idea. i think your on the right rack. good luck and have fun.

we had a black and white party once, everyone wore black and white (made it easy on everyone cause everyone owns something black and white)- a good time was had by all.

A martigra party is fun - everyone needs to wear a mask.

50's party, roaring 20's party, or just a party with a food theme (italian, chinese, etc.).

pimp and ho's party!

Martial Arts Party where everyone is dressed like samurai's, ninjas, ghieshas, or martial arts masters.

Forget the party and fly to VEGAS BABY!! no better way to cleabrate turning 21

How about a gypsy theme.

james bond theme with dirty martinis
have a casino etc.
