google personalized products/items. there are tons of websites that can personalize things for you.

for ideas on what to write, try going to websites that sell t-shirts. they have all kinds of slogans/theme lines.

hope this helps?

Check Yahoo Search for "Promotional Shot Glasses". It pulled up 379,000 answers. One was Shot Glass Wedding Favors.com or something which may have a lower quantity minimum than buying 5,000 or something for a trade show.

Another idea you can do is having his name and birth date printed on M&M's.

when we planned this big party for this company i worked for we hired a really good bartender, a kareokee machine and a bunch of stuff glow in the dark.
You can make boxers with his name on it and everyone has to wear those to the party?

www.discountmugs.com is a great place to buy glases. I bought glasses for my wedding. theyre usual ship time is like 7-10 days but i know u can have them send it 3 days. I highly reccommend them!
Have a GREAT time

Make your own. Just go buy iron-on transfers at a "mart" store. I paid $12 for a package of 12. If you make make the iron-on picture/words small enough you can get 2 or 4 or 8 per sheet. Go to the a liquidator store or clearance center or flea mart and get, hats, t-shirts, aprons or whatever you find that is appropriate for $2-3 a piece.

It will be so much better if you do it yourself. You can design it, pick his favorite colors and make it as obnoxious or as personal as YOU want it to be. Get help from your friends, it will be work, but worth it.

Happy birthday to the guy that is lucky to have you.
