If it will be late and everyone will want to eat right away, I recommend stopping by Target to pick up one of their Market Pantry box meals, in the pasta section!. They come with all the ingredients included in the box and you just have to put it together in 15-20 minutes!. They taste great and have fabulous presentation, which is good if you want to impress the in-laws!. My favorite is the Apricot Moroccan Couscous!. :)
Or hit up www!.bettycrocker!.com!. The website has plenty of recipes sorted by category (30 minutes or less, cooking for two, etc!.) and they always taste great!. The Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas are the best I've ever had and are easy to make!. Serve with beans and Authentic Mexican Rice (search www!.cooks!.com), and it's a sure crowd pleaser!.
Hope it goes well!Www@FoodAQ@Com
