Need help for 30th surprise birthday party in Grand Rapids, MICHIGAN?!
I am desperate! My husband's 30th is in a month!. I want to surprise him with all of his friends and family!. His birthday is the day after Christmas, which doesn't make things easy!. I was going to do a party bus and ask people to pay!. I keep going back and forth on the idea!. I feel like I'm throwing a party, and asking everyone to help pay for it!.
Now I am thinking about reserving a mutual meeting place (a bar) in Grand Rapids!. My husband enjoys sports bars that have pool tables, shuffle boards etc!.!. Can someone please give me a centrally located place that may be able to accommodate a large group on a Friday night!? He hates McFadden's!.!. I've been to grnow!.com and yourareacode!.com!.!. Well where ever you decide to host the party, you may want to consider making it a themed party!. If he likes to gamble I am sure he would enjoy a Casino party!. I have been to a few of these and there is a really good rental company for casino equipment called A-1 Bingo!. Just a thought if you want check them out for pricing or ideas!. you could always do it for New Years Eve instead- rent the party bus and have everyone meet at your house then bar hop around!. Charge a fee per person for the bus (that's still a good deal for people even if it's like $20 or whatever for transportation) and you supply beer and food for beforehand at your house and extra beers for the bus ride!. pick up some New Years party supplies and have a great time! we and our group of 30 somethings are ALWAYS looking for something to do for New Years- getting a party bus would be a great idea so you all can go party together someplace!Www@FoodAQ@Com
