Looking for a good spreadable type of cheese?!
I went to a wine bar sometime back and got a cheese board with nuts cheese bread and fruit and they served a type of cheese (it was obvious that it was from a wheel) that was soft and spreadable and tasted sort of like Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese, but I don't know what kind it was! Does anyone know of any good spreadable cheese that taste like a spreadable swiss cheese!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
It was Brie or Camembert - soft creamy French cheese!.

Your best bet is to call the wine bar, I'm sure they'll be glad to tell you not only what cheese they used, but where to get it!

I would guess brie- you can warm it in the oven a bit to make it extra spreadable :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
