What is a great idea for a Xmas Party for employees that all work different shifts?!

Sounds like you need to have an all night party - from 11pm till 6 am or at least a very late party!. It could start at like 9:30 pm and then the last shift could join you when they get off!.
Alternately just have a carry-in of snacks and recipes and have it available all day!. I don't think that would be as much fun though!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
