im trying to get brthday party ideas for my 13 year old couzin who is turning 14.her parents wont let her friends sleep over and thats a shame. she doesnt really like bowling and she doesnt want to do something normal like going to the movies or the mall.(her friends already do that) i know it limits choices but HELP :)

that stinks that her parents wont let her have a sleep over! you could tell all her friends to bring their fave movies or games and let them watch and play those! Mabe yall could go skating if theres a skating rink around! I would tell you my plans for my 14th b-day party but, I'm having a bowling party so, she wouldn't like what I'm doing! LOL! Hope you find something fun to do!

The best thing would be to go somewhere...DEFINETILY.
Here are some ideas:
1.go to a nicer restaurant
2.swimming
3.get glamor shots/friend pics at a studio
4. a carnival or fair (if available)
5. a concert
you could also try just an at home party with all the trimmings...
theme it and get ALL of the accessories (try orientaltrading.com)
you could try:
1.a movie marathon with movie theater trimmings (red carpet, tickets, etc.)
2. a game show...play games that include buzzers

You could plan an all girls party like a sleepover but without the sleepover part. Everyone could wear their pajamas. You could play charades, do makeovers, etc... Hand out "goody bags" full of fun girly stuff, and gossip. For food, prepare an array of finger foods. Find out what your cousin's favorites are and go from there. Some of the best memories come from keeping things simple and easy.
go to a spa and get your nails and hair and that girly stuff done!!! i did that for my 14th and it was so funnnnn!!!!!
depends on how many she wants to invite, if there are a lot, you can get a place with a DJ, thats rly fun. If there are only 3-5 close friends she wants to invite, maybe give them a (junior) "ladies night." I had one at applebee's, Ask a waiter to keep an eye on them, but otherwise leave them alone for a dinner and chat.
