HELP with slicing mozzarella!!?!
I've got to create a cheese platter for Thxgiv, and I've got some mozzarella that I'd like to use!.!.!. The problem is, the cheese is so soft, that everytime I've ever sliced it, it mushes and squishes down to odd shapes!
Is there tricks to slicing mozzarella so that it still looks nice!? (I'm about ready to throw it into the freezer for a few hours before slicing!)

keep the cheese as cold as you can, the knife clean and warm!.!.!.!.and it helps if you have proper cheese knifeWww@FoodAQ@Com
put it in the Freezer for abit it should make it a little hotter that should workWww@FoodAQ@Com
