I like the Oscar theme idea. For New Years, my mom bought my son and nephew sparkling welches juice but it came in wine bottles. It was so cute...maybe you could get some of those bottles (they have all different flavors) and get some wine glasses, or the cheap kind from the dollar tree and use those...rent a hall out if you or your parents can and do the Oscar theme with red carpet and all. Have all of your friends dress formal. Guys too if they come. I'd either do that or have a ''teen girl'' theme party. The traditional sleep over where you paint each other's nails and talk about boys all night lol. Or if it's warm now where you live maybe you can get some tents and go camping outside. I did that in my backyard for one of my birthdays when I was little..it was so fun but so HOT when the sun came up lol. Or......you guys can dress up and do little fake photo shoots if you're into ''America's Next Top Model! You can keep changing the themes. I love parties~ :) Well Happy early Bday and have fun!

well, im 14, on my 13, i had lots of food, because i was turning into a woman. (tradition) but, i had lots of chips in big bowls, and lots of different dips. a relish tray. a big cake of your choice, and have pizza. pop would be nice, and maybe a punch bowl. i dont know, but my grandma brought potatoe salad. dont know why, but every one enjoyed it. have a sleepover, with your friends. watch scary movies, or chick flicks. have popcorn, and desert afterwords. paint eachothers nails, do your make-up, you know... typical girl stuff. i had face mud (that green stuff you put on your face to clean it) at my birthday. we had fun... or you can go somewhere where theres an inside pool. :) (did that on my 12th)

I reckon that you should have an Oscar themed party. Get all dressed up and walk the red carpet with your mates and you could recieve an award and give a great emotional speech! have your parents film it too......it would be a laugh
murder mystery on the line of scream would be good you could assign a killer who has to slowly kill(not real) peop till they are guessed leaving clues,
Party where you all dress as if the year were 2999 no tele and make inventions. Also concok some reciepes that might be usefull in the future using colouring etc
Fancy dress with a super hero or 70s theme.
you could have a "what do you want to be party" and come dressed as the person or career you would like to become.
how about an american idol theme.. u can have a contest and pick a winner.. wld be alot of fun!!!!
wow, how exciting i would do a movie then a sleepover or iceskating then a sleepover. i only invited 3 people over though, but if you are just doing a sleepover then i would invite more, because it kinda cost a lot to do the movie or iceskaiting, but for the sleepover i would have lots of junk food, make sure you dont run out of food, chips and dip, lots of candy, and maybe some mini corndogs or taquitos so its not completely junk, then if your mom will let you.............................. toilet paper, you can choose a victim, dress up in black and put black makeup on and sneak around the yard and stuff, thats what we did for our friend, it was so much fun. and if its a close neighbor you can see their faces when they get their morning newspaper!!!!!!!! how about a fashion show party. you and your friends can put together a bunch of differant outfits, dress up, accessorize, and model for the parents and other guests. there are alot of fashion type decorations you can come up with.
then you have to have the original girlie night in have your best friends over for a sleepover and then paint naills, apply face mask, do makeovers and try different hairstyles you know what i mean do head to toe pampering its great fun and you have a laugh...
you could watch some girli films ie. dirty dancing have a midnight feast and when really late watch horror films!!!
well depends if its a girl or a boy a girl you can hold like a slumber party with lotsog girly stuff like makeovers and that and lots of girly gifts if its a boy quaser is the best all boys love to run around and make lots of noise
