Just go to Yahoo images and type in Forrest Gump...your local bakery may be able to reproduce the photograph on the frosting (Not sure how they do it but know that my local supermarket bakery can)
most cake shops can now print any picture for you ( just be wary of copyrights) it's a simple process that involves icing sheets of any size and edible ink.
You can also make a box of chocolates and write on the cake the famous sentence.
No need for a pic.
Find a cake specialist that can make a dirty pair of Nikes next to a smiley "Have a Nice Day" face.
go to google, type in forest gump cake design and they should have a cpy and then just print it off.
You could ask your bakery to decorate it so it looks like the Whitman's Sampler (ala the "box of chocolate's theme).
