Not good for you particularly, its made from fatty livers or something!. Like the animal is force fed loads so theyre all fatty!. You can buy vegitarian pate though, if you have a problem with it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, it depends what type of pate, but generally!.!.!.!.no (unfortunately!)!.

things like chicken liver pate contain quite a lot of butter, so it's pretty fatty, but then it also has lots of iron in it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
