i'm wanting to get my boyfriend a surprize birthday but need some ideas on the fillings, sexy decoration and the size i ask for.

If you cut a round cake into two semi-circles, and then arrange them curve-to-curve, you can decorate it to look like a piece of lingerie (the upper part is the bodice, the lower part is the hips).
It would definitely work if you happened to decorate the cake to look like lingerie you just bought to wear - then he gets to have his cake and eat it too. :)
my mum got a cake from tescos it was a set of boobies with jam in the middle normal sponge cake but was nice

Or say get alginate (what dentists use to cast teeth, from dental suppliers or moulding art shop (ie alec ternati in warren street, behind tube station in London.)

you can make a cake with chocolate and strawbery cream.
You should put a copy of a picture of his favourite pin-up or page 3 girl on top of the cake. That would be really cool and he might be impressed
