You need some type of blance in your diet that will keep you healthy
Eat healthy foods and exercise.
Take a Multi-Vitamin everyday.
exercise well. you can also try to meditate, it helps improve your system. always remember, never take drugs.
I don't have a very big appetite at all. I love food, don't get me wrong. My portions are just smaller than the average persons. I try to make sure whatever food I'm eating is at least mostly healthy and not junk. I don't worry about fat content anymore because I know a body does need some fat to survive. I also take B-12 and a B complex and a multivitamin everyday in case I'm not getting all my vitamins.
If you are unhealthy, due to not eating properly, then either take a good Vitamin or drink a supplement like Ensure, they contain a lot of nutrients.Poor intake and not taking time to eat can damage your body in the long run, so adleast take a good vitamin.

Stay away from children (a/k/a germ manufacturers) and sick people.
alot of meat has protein in it...but theres many foods that also have protein in it...theres also vitamins to help u stay healthy...just read the food labels and you'll b surprised on what foods carry protien!
