If you have enough time, you can make treats such as Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Dip and mini-pizzas, but if you want something that’s easy to prepare, you can just opt for vegetable cuts with a yummy dip or some cheese and crackers!. Soup and salad can also be served!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Or what I call "Mexican sushi"!. Take tortillas or flatbread and spread cream cheese, thinly sliced peppers, avocado, salsa!. Roll it up and slice it sushi style!. Serves up pretty!. You can do all kinds of variations on this like tuna, turkey etc!.

16 oz Kidney beans, drained
1 medium Onion, chopped fine
1 small Green pepper, chopped fine
? cup Sweet relish (Cain’s)
? cup Ketchup
? cup Mayonnaise (NOT light mayo)
Dash Dry mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Horseradish (or more to taste)
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1!. Mix all together well
2!. Chill several hours
3!. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced French bread
