Not exactly the City Centre but The White Cross and Golden Lion in Pudsey have good quizzes every week :-)
Most pubs have a quiz night round here but in some you may also have a disco or karaoke or even a fight going on at the same time :-)
If you are new to the area, avaoid winning the quiz in some pubs unless you want a good "shoeing" from the locals...LOL

My girlfriends step-dad does a pub quiz at The Butchers Arms in Pudsey if thats any help at all.
