Why did they make gummis in the shapes of bears and worms?!

its really because they wanted kids to get the feeling of actually being able to eat animal who is supposed to eat people (bear) & also give them a chance to eat something they have been dying to eat every time they go out & play in the mud (worms)!.

-it just gives one the satisfaction of doing something they couldn't or shouldn't do!.

I dont know, they might od had a bear addictin the room, or they might of though bears were cute in gummie form!.

well, a cat and a camel would look the same and a giraffe would look like a long neck dinosaur!. so probably they're just distinguishable animal shapes
