I would go with the color scheme of pink & black - the combination of these two colors always brings to mind something flirty, sexy and young. Buy pink and black boas and use them to decorate around the room (and can then be given as party favors) instead of paper streamers. Pink & black balloons. Pink and black jelly beans on the table and maybe a bustier cake down in pink and black. Slightly sexy - but not too over the top.
Retro? Maybe this will sound interesting when everybody is wearing retro stuffs like poka dots and wearing those big big sunglasses?
Or maybe hip hop? Then everyone wil just go yo yo yo~~~ it's so cute!!~~^^
