Follow up question re: cutting a 3-tiered cake?

Let's say you take the top smaller layer off. What you are now looking at is the next, larger layer, with frosting missing where you just pulled off the top layer. Isn't that not very pretty? So you then have a cake to cut that has frosting all on the top except on the middle area where the other layer used to be. Is that not very appetizing, or is it just me? Doesn't look very elegant on the plate?


Answers:
OK so you cut a larger circumference cylinder out . With the cylinder removed you have something that resembles an angel food cake.
Cut slices as needed.

man, just cut the damn cake!

if its cut... nobody will notice. Your over thinking this!
