Decorating Pizza Party Aprons?!

Question: Decorating Pizza Party Aprons!?
I am having a pizza party for my soon-to-be 6 year old and one activity is that the kids get to decorate their own aprons!. I have fabric markers, but was wondering if anyone has an idea of another way they could decorate that might be more fun for them!. No glitter because they have to be able to cook with them on right after making them!. I already had a nightmare that I handed the kids their aprons and pens and they stared blankly at me not knowing what to do with them!. Any ideas!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, you should give them an idea to start with!. when you just hand them pens they won't know what to do, but if you tell them to draw stuff about cooking they will come up with lots of ideas! they can draw all different kinds of foods, chefs, kitchen tools- maybe have a bunch of stuff out on the table to help them with ideas- maybe a bowl of food from your fridge, some utensils, a picture of a chef, and a pizza!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can try getting some stenciles or you make the pizza outline and color the inside of the pizza brown and let them draw the ingredeants and there names on them or try letting them each pick a iron onWww@FoodAQ@Com

draw a big circle on each apron, and have the kids color
a "crazy pizza" on the front
suggest silly ingredients Www@FoodAQ@Com

dazzle then with some rustic sauce from Italia, splurge them with a dash of pesto, and then decorate them with shredded mozzeralla Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well tell them to draw anything they want!
It is their own apron!
Well of course tell them to have a pizza on it and put their names too!
Wish this would help!Www@FoodAQ@Com
