Well, I've never been to Hawaii, but I'm sure there are places just like everywhere else, so here are a few suggestions!.
Rent out a club house or rec center room, pick a theme and go all out!. Or, perhaps a night club that has a teen night that will allow you to rent a room, or the loft!. Those are the two we used when my girls turned 16, and both events were spectacular!. The club house one had a 50's theme!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stay at home and have a costume party/pool party or something!.
If you're in hawaii you could go up the side of one of the mountains and have a camp!. I don't know if you can do that though; I come from australia!.
Just do something fun with your friends, not something like ice skating where you'll just be ice skating all the time not having much fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
