Question:

Need a good birthday meal.any ideas?

my husbands birthday is coming up in 2 weeks and we've had a bit of a rough patch (down to me)but now were good again i wanted to make him a special birthday dinner.maybe 3 course.any ideas please.

Answers:
Breakfast in bed, followed by you for afters.
A light lunch.
Dinner cooked by you in your undies - something light but exotic, maybe a salad with huge jumbo prawns, and a bowl of really ripe strawberries and cream. You don't want to fry anything if you are in the kitchen in your undies !
Then you for afters, again.
That'll keep him sweet and definitely help your marriage. Have fun!

Breakfast:strawberry pancake with honey

Lunch :popcorn shrimp with mayo+walnuts and icecream

Dinner :Balloons with sweet and sour chicken+ a lot of
presents

Sautéed duck breasts with green olives and sweet vermouth...hmmm :-)

I would do italian

Green salad

Lasagna or another pasta dish

Tiramisu for dessert.

If it were my husband I would make his favorite dish

forget a three course meal I'm a bloke and believe me if you want to sort things out with a meal then go out and find the biggest and fattest steak you can with all the sides!!!!(STEAK DINNER)

christina.... green salad?????/';[;'./?

according to me, make the pizza is one of the best things for a birthday, but, if there are other guests, you could make a lot of nice little snacks, followed by a fantastic cake, if it's possible, made by yourself!

Fondue? Starters: You can pick . Main: All sorts of meat and veggies and for dessert a chocolate fondue with strawberry's or marshmallows or so.... be creative.

Garlic Bread, pizza, loads of coke, ice cream!

1. ceasar salad

2. bacon wrapped filet mignon
garlic mashed potatoes
corn on the cob

3. chocolate layer cake with chocolate whipped cream icing

Cook him a big juicy steak and a baked potato. Make up a salad with everything in it that he likes and if you know how to cook yeast rolls those are great.

Spahgetti, texas toast, strawberry ice cream.

If he knows you are doing it then ask him what his three favourite courses would be then you know for sure he will like it. Hope it goes well!!
